the belly button doesn't seem align with the body
I think you may have curved the pelvis a bit too much
and no offense, but the boobs just look like balloons attached to her chest XD *smack*
and head looks too big for the body-- even for a sonic char
and irrelevant as it may be, the highlights on hair should flow with the hair; the highlights on the bottom portion of her hair just go straight down

Personally, I like the big head. I think it makes her look cute.
And the very curvy pelvis is meant to exaggerate her figure. I do all my "sexy" female characters like that.
I'll keep in mind to remember to align the belly button property. And I'll remember to double check the shoulders next time. Also, I see what you mean with the hair now. The shine is like this ---, but I should have made it angled, like this /. I'll remember to do that next time.
