Here's my scottish lass, Vanessie O'Loch, as Sailor Neptune. A perfect match
I'm quite happy with the results of this picture.
Of course, the background was half assed. But you know UwU

I had actaully staretd outlining and coloring last night when I realized that I totally forgot to draw the fins and tail, haha!
But considering they were kinda rushed, I'm happy with how hte tail and fins came out
